Products for Hardware and Software
As well as providing turnkey development for Hardware (including mechanical design) and software (including embedded software and software that runs on Windows / Linux), we develop embedded computing systems for Defence, mining and industrial applications.
Our manufacturing facility allows us to build prototypes and small production runs of surface mount PCB assemblies using infrared and other technologies, we are able to test using our environmental chamber both temperature and humidity and test both shock and vibration for small articles.

Products that we manufacture are…
We manufacture solid state power control distribution systems using the SSPC technology from one of our partners (DDC). These are currently using in an autonomous aircraft being manufactured by Boeing in Australia. The systems can supply 28V, 270V and 115Vac power control for aircraft and land vehicle platforms.
We are supplying the embedded computing control and the interfaces needed for tanker filling stations that are located throughout country Australia. These systems allow users to buy water in remote locations using credit cards or account cards. They are inherently rugged and many operate from solar in temperatures that can exceed 50 degrees C.

We continue to manufacture Gun Trainers and Gun Simulators for one of the very large overseas defence prime contractors. We also manufacture a MIL-STD-1553 data logger that is used with the guns and we supply a ruggedised, modified laptop computer that also goes with the guns.
We manufacture a range of products that are used to control lockers and parking bollards (including the manufacture of the bollard) for users of temp office space (Hot Desks and meeting rooms). Our bollards are used where multiple users need to book the space and have it available when they arrive.
Support
We continue to support many products that we manufactured over the years, these are both industrial and military. An example of this is the MIL-STD-1553 Bus controller that we manufactured that controls the INS and Search Radar on the Australian Customs border watch aircraft. These were built more than 15 years ago and we continue to support them to this day.
We design and develop printed circuit boards, write embedded software and software applications for Windows and Linux and we design the housing for the products that we develop. Some of our customers take the PCB Assemblies and all the IP and manufacture them for their products, in other cases we manufacture for them.
We have a select group of partners with niche products, mostly these are military or high end industrial, however we also have industrial interfaces including serial interfaces and WiFi, Ethernet and USB digital I/O as well as low-cost industrial PC’s and IOT Devices.
